A beautiful woman was born over sixty years ago in the quiet town of Basan-Osokom in Cross-Rivers state of Nigeria in West Africa. She had most of her educational training in Nigeria. From elementary school to her doctorate degree.

Schools had shut down for months, businesses and jobs were bruised. And this expert in Special education was invited to restore sanity in this extolled citadel of education.
