On Monday night, Cora Lynn Griffen was crowned Miss Grand USA 2024/5. She will be in Thailand to represent the United States of America in October 2024.

Who is Cora Lynn Griffen?

To begin with, Cora Lynn Griffen is a model from Columbus in Georgia. She was also a cheerleader in Auburn University where she studied Political Science with a minor in communications. She is really passionate about literacy and the empowerment of young girls.

Her journey:

Her first pageant was at Peachtree Mall at age thirteen. However, she says she won by default. But she became more serious with pageantry from then on. She did not win till after four attempts. That was when she became Miss Marble Valley 2016/17 in Alabama. She was twenty years old at the time.

After that, she entered for the Miss Georgia pageant and was fourth runner-up. Undeterred, she competed again in 2021 and became Miss Georgia 2021/22.

Then Cora Lynn Griffen went on to represent Georgia at the Miss USA pageant in November 2021 but she was unplaced. Thus unplaced and unfazed, the Auburn cheerleader entered for the Miss Grand USA pageant 2024 and here we are. Victorious and ready to conquer the world at the international competition in Thailand.
